Paper Submission Guidelines:

Researchers are encouraged to submitting their work electronically via Easy Chair https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=nvict2015 is a must. You need to create an account in Easy Chair system and then login to submit your work.

TYPES of Works

Full Paper: the submitted work must be a complete work.Prepare your manuscript according to IEEE template; the submitted papers must be between 6 to 8 pages.Electronic submission of papers should be in Microsoft’s Word document and/or PDF. You can download the template IEEE template from the link: PDFTemplate.pdf, WordTemplate.doc

Poster: A large-format poster is a big piece of paper that can communicate your research at a conference, and is composed of a short title, an introduction to your work, an overview of your novel approach, your amazing results in graphical form, some insightful discussion of aforementioned results, a listing of previously published articles that are important to your research, and some brief acknowledgement of tremendous assistance and financial supports from others. If all text is kept a minimum, a person could fully read your poster in less than 5 minutes.

Electronic submission of posters should be in Microsoft’s Power Point and/or PDF. You can download the template of posters: Horizontal_Poster-Template and Vertical_Poster-Template.

Reviewing Procedure

All submitted papers will go through double reviewing processes by at least two reviewers. Before final acceptance, all referee comments must be considered.Submission of a paper not implies that the paper should be accepted; at least one of the authors should register and attend the conference.

Proceedings Publication

All accepted full papers will be invited to submit an extended version to be considered for publication in international journals.

Publication Ethics

NVICT Conference follows the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible procedures against any publication misconduct. This Conference does not accept any type of plagiarism, which means that any author replicating a significant part of another’s work without acknowledging him/her or passing another’s work off as his/her own are not tolerated and not published.
