The 2017 2nd International Seminar on Information Science, Computer Technology and Electrical Engineering (ISCTEE 2017) will be held on August 18-20, 2017 in Kunming, China.The primary goal of the ISCTEE 2017 is to promote research and developmental activities in information science, computer technology and electrical engineering and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. 

Publication
The ISCTEE2017 rence proceedings will be published by Atlantis Press(Advances in Engineering Research, ISSN 2352-5401). Atlantis Press will submit the proceedings to CPCI(ISTP), EI, and Scopus for indexing.
本次会议将被 Atlantis Press 出版社旗下proceeding系列《Advances in Engineering Research》（ISSN 2352-5401）出版。由该出版社提交EI/ISTP等检索机构检索。本次会议的论文将在会后一个月内见刊，目前是ISTP检索最快的出版社，时间一般是会后3-6个月。
