The Computer Vision Conference aims to become a major point of contact between researchers, academic faculty, students, engineers and practitioners on the areas of Computer Vision, both from theoretical and application perspectives. Join us for CVC 2019, to explore discovery, progress, and achievements related to Machine Vision, Image Processing, Data Science and Pattern Recognition. The participants will benefit from direct interaction and discussions with world leaders in Computer Vision. The CVC2019 provides a forum and an excellent venue to present and publish latest research results and approaches. The CVC2019 seeks original and high quality papers within the conference topics Conference Tracks Machine Vision and Learning Computer Vision Algorithms 3D Computer Vision Deep Learning for Vision Soft Computing Artificial Intelligence Pattern Recognition Optimization Methods Support Vector Machines Neural Networks Affective Computing Data Science Data Mining Big Data Statistical Analysis Decision Trees Knowledge processing Large Scale Methods Semantic Web Statistical Learning Clustering and classification Fuzzy Logic Image Processing Face, Iris and Gesture Recognition Segmentation and shape representation Medical Image and Video Analysis Feature extraction Visual Recognition Multi & Spatio-Temporal Processing Image Retrieval Scene Understanding Motion and Tracking Shape of X Applications Autonomous cars Augmented Reality Virtual Reality Robotics Surveillance Intrusion Detection Remote sensing Biometric systems Medical Image Analysis e-learning Submission Guidelines Papers are accepted either through the online submission tool or email at CVC@SAIConference.com. For those unable to use the Online System and are emailing, please include a cover letter with author details, university or country information, and any other author related data. .docx/.pdf/Latex PDF file formats are accepted Do not include author details, university or country information in the manuscript. This is a double blind peer review process. Author information should be supplied using the manuscript submission form online or in the cover letter for email submissions. Please ensure all articles are proofread and checked for accuracy prior to submission. Changes cannot be made during the review process. If accepted, minor revisions may be made prior to final submission. Formatting Guidelines Papers must be in English and not more than 20 pages in length. Paper content must be original and relevant to one of the many conference topics. Authors are required to ensure accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables. Figures and tables need to be placed where they are to appear in the text and must be clear and easy to view. Papers must follow format according to the downloadable template Review Process The review process will be double-blind. Therefore, please anonymize your submission. This means that all submissions must contain no information identifying the author(s) or their organization(s): Do not put the author(s) names or affiliation(s) at the start of the paper, anonymize citations to and mentions of your own prior work that are directly related to your present work, and do not include funding or other acknowledgments. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three regular PC members or two senior PC members. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation. Original: the paper explores a new idea, project or issue; discusses existing research with promise of new insight, discusses new research; or presents new ways of considering existing information Engaging: presentation format will involve the audience in some way, or has high potential to attract conference attendees by addressing needs of the community Significant: the paper raises and discusses issues important to improving the effectiveness and/or sustainability of open education efforts, and its contents can be broadly disseminated and understood Quality: claims are supported by sufficient data; claims draw upon relevant literature; and limitations are described honestly Relevant: the paper addresses one or more of the themes of the conference Post Conference Publication and Indexing CVC 2019 proceedings will be published in Springer series "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing" and submitted for indexing to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink. The publications within "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing" are primarily proceedings of important conferences, symposia and congresses. They cover significant recent developments in the field, both of a foundational and applicable character. The proceedings will be distributed to the conference participants before the conference or when they arrive. Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for consideration of publication in International Journals.
