ON-LINE SUBMISSIONS AND PUBLICATION

Paper submissions should be limited to a maximum of 8 pages in the IEEE 2-column format (see the IEEE Computer Society Press Proceedings Author Guidelines), and will be reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of theoretical originality, technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. The WI-IAT’15 website has an online paper submission Web link. The Cyber-Chair system, which is provided by the WIC office, will be used to facilitate the paper submission and reviewing, as well as registration and other conference management related issues. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press that is indexed by EI.

Regular papers with a maximum of 8 pages and short papers with a maximum of 4 pages will be published in the proceedings, and presented in relevant sessions in the main WI-IAT conferences. If a paper is accepted, at least one author should register and attend the conference to present the paper. The acceptance list and no-show list will be openly published on-line. For no-show authors, their affiliations will receive a notification. A selected number of WI-IAT’15 accepted papers will be expanded and revised for inclusion in Web Intelligence and Agent Systems: An International Journal.
