2026 第三届电气，信息与通信工程国际会议（CEICE 2026）将于 2026 年 3 月 27-29 日在中国杭州举行，旨在为来自工业界、学术界和政府部门的研究人员、从业人员和专业人士提供一个论坛，讨论电气，信息与通信工程的研究与开发、专业实践。CEICE 2026将汇集顶尖的学术科学家、研究学者和研究人员，分享和交流他们在电气，信息与通信工程各方面的经验和研究成果。CEICE 2026 将包括投稿论文、海报展示以及特邀主旨发言人的最新演讲。

诚邀各位学者投稿高质量原创研究及技术成果，参与大会口头报告或海报展示。录用论文将收录至会议论文集。

● 论文出版和检索
被录用的文章将被收录在会议论文集中，由IEEE 出版，并被IEEE Xplore收录，Ei Compendex, Scopus, CPCI和其他重要数据库检索等。
*CEICE 2025所有被录用的文章已成功被IEEE出版, 收录在 IEEE Xplore, 并于出版后1个月被EI Compendex和Scopus检索。
*CEICE 2024 所有被录用的文章已成功被 ACM DL出版，并于出版后三个月被EI Compendex和Scopus检索。

2026 3rd International Conference on Electrical, Information and Communication Engineering (CEICE 2026), aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in Electrical, Information and Communication Engineering. CEICE 2026 will include presentations in form of contributed papers, poster sessions, and state of the art lectures by invited keynote speakers.
