李青教授 (Fellow IEEE, FIEE/IET), 香港理工大学，香港，中国
他目前是香港理工大学计算机系的讲座教授（数据科学）和系主任。之前，他是多媒体软件工程研究中心（MERC）的创始主任，也是香港城市大学的教授

Prof. Yonghui Li (ARC Future Fellow, Fellow IEEE), 悉尼大学，澳大利亚
他现在是悉尼大学电子和信息工程学院的教授和无线工程实验室主任。他目前的研究兴趣在无线通信领域，特别是物联网、机器对机器通信、MIMO、毫米波通信、通道编码技术、博弈论、机器学习和信号处理。

Prof. Xiang-Gen Xia (Fellow IEEE), 特拉华大学，美国
长江讲座教授（访问），他目前的研究兴趣包括时空编码，MIMO和OFDM系统，数字信号处理，以及SAR和ISAR成像。夏博士是《符号间干扰通道的调制编码》一书的作者（纽约，Marcel Dekker，2000）。

2022 International Conference on Frontiers of Signal Processing and Software Engineering (FSPSE 2022) will be held during November 25th-27th, 2022 in Guangzhou, China
FSPSE 2022 aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in Frontiers of Signal Processing and Software Engineering. FSPSE 2022 will include presentations in form of contributed papers, poster sessions, and state of the art lectures by invited keynote speakers.

Considering the COVID-19 in the whole world, online attending and presentation are acceptable and will not affect paper publication, indexing.
